About the Role
We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Civil Engineering Technician to join our growing civil engineering team based in Leeds.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in civil design and have previous experience in the residential development sector.

You’ll work alongside experienced engineers, contributing to high-quality infrastructure solutions for developers, contractors, and landowners.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the preparation of Flood Risk Assessments and Drainage Strategies
• Contribute to the design of highways for adoption under Section 38 and 278 Agreements
• Produce detailed designs for external works and private drainage systems
• Create accurate construction drawings and technical details
• Liaise closely with senior team members to meet project deadlines and client requirements
• Participate in ongoing professional development aligned with our business goals

Skills & Experience
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a civil engineering consultancy role
• Previous experience in residential sector design work
• Proficient in AutoCAD and civil design software
• Strong understanding of external works and general detailing
• Experience with MicroDrainage (desirable but not essential)
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset
