Architectural Technical Packs comprise of construction information in the form of drawings and specification prepared by our design team to enable projects to go out for Tender and be ultimately constructed on site.
We work predominantly in Autodesk Revit but also AutoCAD should this be your preference. Revit is a powerful piece of Building Information Modelling (BIM) software which enables efficient and precise 3D designs and documentation. It enhances design visualization, aiding in client communication, understanding and decision-making. Additionally, collaboration with structural engineers and suppliers/manufacturers is simplified with the use of Revit. The model can be shared effortlessly, and third-party designs can be produced and incorporated within the same model. In turn, this level of collaboration between design teams streamlines the design to construction workflow by producing detailed construction drawings and schedules directly from the model, saving time and providing ease of information management.
At the technical stage coordination with our in-house design team and external consultants for specialist items, such as precast concrete floors, roof trusses and kitchens is carried out, resolved and delivered ready for Building Control application and approval.

CDM 2015 replaced the role of the CDM Coordinator with a new Principal Designer role. The appointment of the PD is the responsibility of the Client for all projects involving more than one contactor, which includes domestic projects.
The role of PD requires that they have the skills, knowledge, and experience necessary to perform the functions required.
A PD must plan, manage, monitor, and coordinate health and safety in the pre-construction phase of projects.
